Questionnaire

The list of questions may seem long, but weddings have a lot of moving parts, and videographers in particular have a lot of equipment and things that they need to lug around to the right places, at the right times, without missing a beat.  We'd hate to miss anything for lack of organization, so this will really help us nail down a game-plan.

In terms of photo/video, this is a really good time to look like movie stars.
Is it going to be mostly a candle-lit space, will there be professional lighting put up during the wedding, etc.
Is it chill if we use a standalone, battery powered, iPad-size LED light on a tall light stand in the corner somewhere if it gets really dark and we need to get shots of you dancing and whatnot? *
We use good low light cameras and lenses, but if the ambient light gets below a certain threshold, the less light there is the grainier the footage. [Check all that apply]
If you have a wedding planner booked, we'd love to meet them via e-mail!
Family Traditions, Religious or Cultural Ceremonies,
What Types of Music Do You Envision for your Highlight Film
Note: We Must Use Licensed Music for Our Videos, because we really enjoy not being sued by record labels. We use Songfreedom.com, Musicbed.com, and Marmosetmusic.com for all our licensed music! There's really good stuff on all of them.
What Sort Of Mood Do You Want for the Music for Your Highlight Film?
Don't worry, dramatic doesn't mean "sad". We don't do sad.
How Involved Would You Like To Be With Picking Music For the Highlight Film? *
Otherwise, we're pretty good at getting a feel for your musical tastes, especially after attending your wedding :)
I understand that if I am requesting to be involved in the music selection process, that any signficant delays in coming to a decision MAY push the final delivery of my products back a bit. *
If WE are your photographer as well, just leave blank.
Finally, just send us a note if you want! Tell us anything you might want to tell us that wasn't covered in this super long questionnaire!
After going through this whole questionnaire, do you feel like you still might want to do a quick phone call to go over anything?
